At Precise Tool & Manufacturing, our Christmas Luncheon is more than a year-end tradition. It is a moment to pause production, gather as one team, and recognize what truly drives our success: all the wonderful and skilled people doing exceptional work, every day!

This year’s luncheon carried even more significance. Not only did we celebrate another strong year of manufacturing for critical industries, but we also marked a major milestone for our company—51 years in business, spanning three generations. That kind of longevity does not happen by accident. It is built through disciplined craftsmanship, a culture of accountability, and the commitment of team members who choose to build their careers here and master their trade over decades.

Celebrating 10, 20, and 40 Years of Commitment

One of the highlights of our luncheon is recognizing employees who have reached major service milestones. This year, we honored team members celebrating 10, 20, and even 40 years with Precise Tool & Manufacturing.

In manufacturing, especially precision CNC machining, large-scale machining, and complex fabrication, time matters. Not just time on the clock, but time invested in developing judgment, consistency, and a deep understanding of process. When someone spends 10, 20, or 40 years in this environment, the work speaks for itself.

It means they have:

  • Built expertise through repetition and real-world challenges

  • Learned how to hold tolerance not just on paper, but under real production conditions

  • Developed the instincts that come only from solving problems the right way, thousands of times

  • Earned trust—from coworkers, leadership, and customers—because their work is dependable

This is the kind of experience you cannot rush. It is forged through years of focusing on a craft, learning the nuance of machines, materials, setups, and inspection, and contributing to a team where quality is non-negotiable.

Milestone Awards That Reflect Time, Craft, and Legacy

We believe that long-term commitment deserves real recognition, not just a handshake. As part of our Christmas Luncheon celebration, we provide meaningful service awards for those hitting major tenure milestones, grandfather clocks, rolex watches, and new cars.

These are not random gifts. They represent something deeper: the value of time, the discipline of consistency, and the legacy built by investing years into a highly skilled profession. Manufacturing is demanding. Precision requires patience, and excellence requires a standard that does not slip when things get busy. The people we honored have proven that standard over time.

Christmas Bonuses for Every Team Member

The luncheon is also a time when we take care of the entire team. Every employee at Precise Tool & Manufacturing receives a Christmas bonus, because every role matters. Whether someone is running a machine, programming, inspecting, assembling, welding, handling logistics, or supporting operations behind the scenes—our output is the product of a unified system.

In a shop like ours, the work is interconnected. Quality is not a single step at the end; it is built into every operation. Recognizing everyone reinforces a simple truth: excellence is a team outcome, achieved by individuals taking ownership of their part of the process.

Why Experience Matters in the Work We Do

Precise Tool & Manufacturing serves industries where precision, documentation, and performance standards are high—and where quality has real consequences. We support customers across:

  • Defense

  • Medical

  • Oil and gas

  • Mining

  • Security

  • And other demanding industrial sectors

In these fields, requirements are strict, materials are often challenging, and specifications must be met with consistency. That is why long-term experience is so valuable. A team member who has been here for decades has seen countless prints, setups, materials, inspections, and complex jobs. They understand how to work through the unexpected without compromising results.

In other words: tenure is not just time served. It is proof of capability.

Investing in the Future: A 40,000 sq. ft. Expansion

This year’s luncheon also gave us a chance to share where we are heading next.

We have added a 40,000 square-foot building addition, including two 100-foot-wide bays with a 100-foot-wide crane span. This expansion is a major step forward in our capability and capacity—especially for larger-scale machining and complex projects that demand both floor space and heavy-lift infrastructure.

More importantly, this new space will support new equipment investments, including brand-new CNC machines such as:

  • New boring mills

  • New vertical mills

  • New lathes

  • Larger-scale machine tools designed for bigger parts and heavier work

This is not simply growth for growth’s sake. It is targeted investment to better serve customers who need high-quality machining, heavy capability, and reliable lead times, delivered by a team that knows how to execute. All the walls, ceilings, and beams are set, and the concrete will get laid in the next few weeks!

Heading Into the New Year With Momentum

As we move into the new year, we do so with gratitude and momentum. Gratitude for the people who have built this company into what it is today, and momentum because we are investing in what comes next—more capacity, more capability, and continued commitment to doing the work with precision and integrity.

The Christmas Luncheon is a reminder of what we believe: the best manufacturing companies are not defined only by machines, buildings, or square footage. They are defined by the people who show up every day, solve problems, maintain standards, and take pride in delivering quality.
